Dr Ludovic C. VERBIST
Group Managing Director

Dr. Ludovic Charles VERBIST, LLM, Ph.D., TEP, is the Group Managing Director and Founder of AAMIL. He completed his M.B.A and Ph. D in Economics and Finance from Indiana University (USA) and practiced as a lawyer in Brussels. Later, he became the Managing Officer of Pargesa Holding S.A. in Geneva and Managing Director of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Mauritius. He is a lecturer and regular speaker at conferences on International Taxation.

Devendra Kumar SEEBALUCK

Devendra Kumar Seebaluck, is an experienced investment and finance professional with over 17 years in the financial services industry. Skilled in equity, trading, asset management, wealth management and portfolio construction. Mr Seebaluck also develops and implements strategies aiming to promote the organisation’s mission. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MSC in investment and finance from Middlesex University, London. He is currently Executive Director/ Fund Manager at AAMIL Asset Management Ltd.

Vicky KHADOO

Vicky Khadoo holds a professional background of more than 10 years of experience in the accounting field. He has always been committed for professional ethics and perfection. He oversees the internal accounting functions of the AAMIL Group through directing a team of professionals. He believes in unity, as best results are achieved through teamwork and collaboration.

Siresha PAYEN

Siresha Payen joined AAMIL in 2008 and is currently responsible of the Human Resource and Administration department. She oversees payroll, the recruitment process and develops internal policies and procedures. She is also an expert in providing assistance to non-residents who wish to settle in Mauritius and for expatriates who wish to have a work permit in Mauritius. With her progressive experience, Siresha is always ready to serve the Company with dedication and with full integrity.

Jorsen ANUNDA

Jorsen Anunda is currently Team Leader in the Client Accounting department. He has 20 years of experience in the audit and accounting sector of the Global Business. He is a partly qualified ACCA professional. In addition, he holds an Advanced Diploma in VB. Net Accounting and Finance. His experience and vast wealth of strategic insight have brought value/added features to clients.

Deevesh GOKOOL

Deevesh Gokool joined AAMIL in March 2018 and he has since climbed up the ranks to co-manage the Client Accounting department. He has more than three years of experience in the Global Business sector. Graduated from the London College of Accountancy in early 2019, Deevesh is currently an ACCA affiliate. He has had the privilege of being first at national level in ACCA modules “Performance Management” and “Corporate Reporting”. Strong work ethics as depicted above, applied in the professional world, Deevesh ensures that the same principle is followed by his team to deliver quality accountancy-related services.

Carmen ORREGO
Manager Geneva Office

Joined the AAMIL team in 2011 and is now in charge of the Geneva office. Carmen Orrego plays an essential role in establishing and maintaining a partnership with our clients, oversees the administration of companies domiciled in our Geneva office, and acts as a liaison between clients and our office in Mauritius.
