The leadership Team of AAMIL
Dr. Ludovic Charles VERBIST, LLM, Ph.D., TEP, is the Group Managing Director and Founder of AAMIL. He completed his M.B.A and Ph. D in Economics and Finance from Indiana University (USA) and practiced as a lawyer in Brussels. Later, he became the Managing Officer of Pargesa Holding S.A. in Geneva and Managing Director of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Mauritius. He is a lecturer and regular speaker at conferences on International Taxation.
Devendra Kumar Seebaluck, is an experienced investment and finance professional with over 17 years in the financial services industry. Skilled in equity, trading, asset management, wealth management and portfolio construction. Mr Seebaluck also develops and implements strategies aiming to promote the organisation’s mission. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and MSC in investment and finance from Middlesex University, London. He is currently Executive Director/ Fund Manager at AAMIL Asset Management Ltd.

Vicky Khadoo holds a professional background of more than 10 years of experience in the accounting field. He has always been committed for professional ethics and perfection. He oversees the internal accounting functions of the AAMIL Group through directing a team of professionals. He believes in unity, as best results are achieved through teamwork and collaboration. He is currently the Finance Director of the Group.

Siresha Payen joined AAMIL in 2008 and is currently the Director of Human Resources, Administration and Relocation services. She oversees payroll, the recruitment process and develops internal policies and procedures. She is also an expert in providing assistance to non-residents who wish to settle in Mauritius and for expatriates who wish to have a work permit in Mauritius. With her progressive experience, Siresha is always ready to serve the Company with dedication and with full integrity.

AAMIL (Swiss) S.A.
Based in Geneva (Switzerland), AAMIL (Swiss) S.A. forms part of AAMIL. It is registered under the OARG, eventually by the FINMA, the governmental body controlling all financial activities in Switzerland.
Activities concentrate mainly in two fields: Business Development and Marketing for the whole Group and providing local fiduciary services for our clients.
Our Business Development and Marketing activities based out of Geneva play a key role in developing our client base. On a day to day basis, we meet with existing and potential clients to initiate both new and develop established relationships. We also host internal and external training and update our presence on social media channels.
Regarding fiduciary services, we are a family office which coordinates all necessary services such as; setting up Swiss companies, acting as Trustees and performing related fiduciary duties. It includes the administration, accountancy, asset management and monitoring of investments. We also help clients to relocate to Switzerland.
